Agreement to Terms: By accessing our website and making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Products: All products are designed by students. 

Pricing: All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KShs) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

Payment: We accept major payment methods accessed using Paystack. Payment must be received before order processing begins.

Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by contacting operations@connectingdots.co.ke. After 24 hours, all sales are final (see No Refunds and No Returns Policy).

Limitation of Liability: Connecting Dots is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our products.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
