Shipping policy
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-4 weeks. Please note that all products are designed by students in our educational programs, and processing times may vary based on program schedules.
Pickup & Delivery Options:
Option 1: Self-Pickup (FREE)
- Pickup Location: Le Mac, Church Road, Nairobi
- Available Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- You will be notified via email/SMS when your order is ready for collection
Option 2: Delivery within Nairobi
- All orders are fulfilled from our offices at Le Mac, Church Road
- Delivery is arranged through third-party courier services (Bolt, Glovo, or similar delivery service companies)
- Delivery charges vary based on distance from Le Mac, Church Road to your delivery location
- Delivery costs are to be borne by the customer
- Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days after dispatch
Option 3: Delivery Outside Nairobi
- Delivery is arranged through third-party courier services (G4S, FedEx, or similar delivery service companies)
- Delivery costs are to be borne by the customer
- Delivery time varies by location (typically 1-3 business days)
Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order is being delivered.
Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, please allow extra time for unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays.
